The tool integrates data from various sources, including wholesalers, multiple listing service (MLS) data, and realtors. It focuses on property price, structure, sale history, neighborhood appeal, accessibility, and safety. This analysis enables reAlpha to predict the profitability of properties through an assignment of "reAlpha Score" from 0-100, indicating investment potential.
Currently, reAlpha BRAIN is operational internally within reAlpha. However, we expect new developments in the AI system to improve its accuracy, available markets, and ability to analyze long-term rentals. We expect to release it publicly for commercial use in the second quarter of 2024 on a licensing fee basis.
reAlpha HUMINT is an internal platform that enhances reAlpha BRAIN by integrating human analysis of qualitative factors, such as design and amenities condition, affecting short-term rental property profitability.
It complements quantitative data with insights on aesthetics and neighborhood appeal to improve property evaluations for platforms like Airbnb.
Following a strategic pivot, reAlpha HUMINT's commercial development has been paused.
